This is el hefe making fun of fat mike and trying (and succeeding) to prove he is a superior musician to him. at the beginning he intentionally screws up by saying "be the same, i mean see the day" and then impersonates axl rose at the end. this song is a very good reason why nofx rules, too bad they don't play it live.
El hefe, a better musician than Mike? First off I don't think that there's good or bad in music, but if you really wanna look at it that way, they don't play the same instruemnt. Also, Mike made most of their songs(as in guitar also).
I thought it was an earlier version of the longest line when Mike's voice couldn't handle the key and strains a lot and then El Hefe makes fun of him at the very end

El hefe is a far more superior musician compared to fat mike, he used to be in mark curry band (his step brother by the way) .
