I remember when the WB used this song for a commerical with all the stars from the primetime shows. Anyways, I think this song is about someone trying to git over a traumatic experience. For example, Faces I remember, I still see. The places and the memories, hold on to me. could be about the person reliving the event in his or her head. And, "And I can't wait to crawl out of my shell" could be about the "shell" that peole create around themselves after a traumatic event. Like a person wouldn't leave his or her for months on end.
Also, "Eyes they open slowly, its so hard to see" indicates an accident or maybe an assault.

i think that this song is seriously perfection.

and if you look at the albumb version, it's about him making a choice for himself, and no ones going to tell him he's wrong, cause it's what he did, and he's asking for help, but on his terms.

And yeah this was on the wb.

The WB's Night of Favorites and Farewells 2006! It was a big tearjerker for television history as. Not only reminds me of when The WB shut down, but of my time in my old elementary school from PK-6 1997-2005. All the years I spent going there all the way to when I finished. That was the last year that my school would have 6th grade
