I think this song is about Strummer/The Clash's visit to Jamaica...well, from the lyrics it sounds like that EX: "natty dread", "every white face is an invitation to robbery" meaning whites are robbed because they think they're rich, "they got the weed" everyone knows they like to smoke the reefer over there, "rudy rudy rudy can't fail" rudy means rude boys...rude boys are in Jamaica so I'm assuming Strummer/The Clash had a bad experience over there |

I'm pretty sure this song's about drugs and drug-use and all that... "hypodermic people", "pattern against user- dilated" those all have to do with drugs, and the "pattern against user" being the pattern of how drugs work against the user or something..."dilated" is what your eyes become if you do heroine or other drugs... I'm pretty sure it's about drugs though... now everyone else post more ATDI songs and song meanings cuz I sure as hell don't know WHAT THE HELL *any* of their songs mean except for this one and "Invalid Litter Dept." <<< I'll post this song next... • • peace |
