I interpreted it as a couple splits up but one of them decide that breaking up was a mistake and wants to get back together. Maybe the other person has moved on.
I can relate to this and I agree. The song is very pretty. I can't listen to it only once. |

to answer your question undisturbed just from my agnostic (i'm an agnostic, not an atheist) point of view, i dont know why i'm here (very basically, i can see because i have eyes, i can hear because i have ears, and i can think because i have a brain) and I don't feel i have enough information to just say "oh there's a god!" or "oh, there isn't a god!" so here i am in limbo telling you people my agnostic views. many atheists and people of religions say us agnostics are just spineless but i just can't say anything unless i'm sure if there's some kind of higher being or not...
and even if there is a higher being, how do you know the god that you pray to is it? how come you're right and Hindus and Buddists are wrong? why aren't the shintoists of feudal japan (and the more modern shintoists who exist in a smaller group today) praying to the right gods? is there, or isn't there a jesus christ? is allah the true ultimate being? are all of us wrong and there's someone else we should be praying to? there are just too many unanswered questions that i can't just say i believe in god or Vishnu or Shiva or Zeus or the god of fire so I'm an agnostic and i'm proud to be one. (heh... ;) i'm sure i got lots of punctuation wrong but i could care less right now) |
