I just picked up this split. Matchbook Romance's songs, who I do like, are horrible. After listening to their songs I was thinking "wow what a waste of 6 bucks", and planned on trying to sell it to one of my friends for atleast 2 bucks. But then this song came on and redeemed some of my ears dignity. I'm in love with this song, I was never a huge MCS fan, but I enjoyed them from time to time, but their new stuff is great. |

Wow it makes me laugh cause some of the people that commented on this song are complete fuck ups. Tim Kasher is one of the best lyricists ever, and their music is so different and original. I understand why some of you don't like it. You need your retarded fucking pop punk with lyrics fed to you on a spoon. You can't see the messages in clever words, which pretty much rules out you liking any band that uses words that have more than 3 syllables. Cursive is one of the best and most influential bands i've ever heard. They don't fit your molds, and they don't try to. And whoever said something about this being a bad song and Konstantine being an awesome song, nothing against SoCo.. but you're a complete fucking idiot. |
