This song is actually in reference to Chris small "member". He first says tell him i'm gonna stick some needles in his face. Chris's high School nickname was actually needle dick after being pushed around in the showers after a rugby match. It's about a guy nick who saw his "member" and told the girls,ruining a good sexual reputation. It even says: And he keeps telling everyone about me . The last tip off is the line: "And I'll realize how small I really am ". Enough Said.

"Predictable film with a forgettable end" - this is in reference to any and all Ben Afleck Films. KOLS went to school with been in the mid 80's but kinda lost touch. This one liner is just one more slam below the belt.
"Why does boy meet girl leave me feeling ripped off?" - this is a reference to Ben Afleck leaving KOLS without a real goodbye. He was originally writing with about Ben but changed it to "girl" to make it sound less of a homosexual sorta song. Which brings up another point. KOLS's homophobia. This homophobia is obviously referred to in the line: "You say keep your chin up" which was a line in the sexually charged 60's movie The Trip.

Uh. Are you guys frickin retarded. I mean c'mon. this song is in reference to John F. Kennedy's reaction to Cuba's course of action in the late 60's. "You feel fat, and i feel ugly", this is reference to Jackie O's bulemic problem and John F's depression. "i feel sick cuz i know you're gonna run" is in reference to America's fear and John fear of it's citezens fleeing the country for fear of attack. |

i believe you all are a little on the meaning this one. It goes way deeper then you think. You're just taking this song for face value. This song is about the underappreciation of female in a world overrun by white american males. You see, "skater boys" are the "rebels" of "teen america". She is commenting on the hopeless rebellion of the male society saying it gets them nowhere. She herself is the next up and coming diva, maybe not vocally but always lyrically, giving us more then we ever needed. |
