I had a bad bad bad breakup with a girl a year or two ago. This song reminded me of her time and time again, and it's always good to remember the good stuff. And trying to stay friends is good also, although you're pretty lucky to stay friends. That's cool, props to you both. |

All I'm going to say is that whether the drowning stories are true or not, whether the wife story is true or not...it still stands that this song has one of the best drum fills EVER. EVER. You can't dispute that.

I have to agree, this is one of his more lyrically profound songs; it has a lot of punch. I absolute adore the ending with the decrescendo. |
