I was hit by a wave of goose bumps when I heard "Me I wanted, I wanted the right time" Me and my boyfriend broke up three years ago and I've been used to tell him "I wish we'll meet again in 10 years, we need to grow up". There was a lot of love but it was so hard for us to get used to each other's way of living our life at that time. I could've never say goodbye in my heart. For me this song is about loving someone while hiding the hope you'll manage to get together one day. It's about a man arrived too late to express his love and realize his dream. This song is a tsunami of majestic pain. |

Well, I'll just give my two cents 'cause I really like this song. I think this is all about the safe distance that someone can keep from a person he/she likes. Sometimes we're scared to push it too far, due to past experiences. Everything is beautiful at the very beginning of a relationship with someone and looks like this person prefers to keep that moment frozen in time, settling for what they have, avoiding everything that they'll become. I want to believe that the ending is about making a step forward over those limits. (excuse me if I made any mistakes, but english is not my native language ;) |
