But let me tell u what this song did for me at my lowest. I was 16 and paralyzed after back surgery. I was so angry. I didn't know wtf I was going to do knowing I was a paraplegic for life.

I love this song. DP came back with this lineup in the eighties and I was like 12 or 13. I learned how to play it on guitar. All the girls I liked didn't like it. But my baseball coach who was the varsity starting quarterback the next season loved it. He asked me like this, "Hey Terry can u play sweet Lucy?"
Sweet Lucy. That was funny. The song reminds me of good times. |

I love this song . I was in 6 or 7th grade. I plAy guitar and I learned this song. Nobody else liked it ,especially the girls my age and I didn't think they would. But my baseball coach asked me, "Can u play Sweet Lucy?"
