The song is about drag racing a dodge swinger and a Galaxy 500. 'All the way, stars green' refers punching the gas pedal when the light tree hits green. 'Panel dim, light drive , Jesus on the dash board' is referring to the tachometer....and it telling him when he's red lining, and shifting gears 'whenever it feels right' to shift gears. The planets aligning are the start lights sequencing on the light tree cycling thru from red to yellow to green. Once they 'align' its time to go....'don't worry it's coming'....he's anticipating the lights to change. A rotary is his scheduled racing start time date...you get the drift. Most of the lyrics are drag racing references and getting high. Awesome song, badass lyrics. |
