Some time ago.. at a point in my life, after the apparent loss of my relationship, middle age, being alone and drunk, having already cried over it all, having the feeling women took advantage of me..Sex was something we both enjoyed but for her it seemed there always had to be additional benefits that went with it or she would switch to another guy etc. Things alot of guys go through no doubt. The song is art. A man and his feelings. Basically defiance, saying fuck you people, don't need you, go fuck yourself... But it was a time and a place for me. For GG the artist of this work, he went all the way down, died like a rock star at age 37. |

| I think this work has impact for me because the singer seems sad and sober having lost the affection of someone (and a situation) he still longs for, but at the same time is resigned to the fact shes gone. He feels terrible but now he must somehow pick himself up and continue.. | |
