| So I think it's pretty obvious the song is about unrequited love. A kind of Forrest Gump and Jenny situation. The guy is always there for her, to catch her every time she falls. My question is why is the video about a Mother daughter love triangle? My theory is that Adam didn't want to play the soppy dude who couldn't get the girl. Or else it was decided that it would be bad for the image for him to play that role so they changed it to two women wanting him. I'd like to know what other people think? Why doesn't the song match the video? | |
