Hi, as already mentioned I think this song is about depressions, taking drugs, addiction and thinking about suicide and death. 1. stanza: resignation, depression (down on my knees) - he wants to ease the pain and find remedy by taking drugs (to bear the pain) Refrain: Girl = Drug Many drugs have female names in the scene: Cannabis - Mary Jane Methamphetamine - Tina, Crystal MDMA - Molly Salvia - Sally D, Maria Pastora LSD - Lucy Cocaine - Snow White Methcathinone - Cat Dieacetylemorphine - Heroin (female hero?)
