@[just_kickin_it:21350] its on ok computer rerelease says wiki. "I Promise" is a song by the English rock band Radiohead, recorded during the sessions for their third album, OK Computer (1997). The band felt it was not strong enough to release at the time, but included it on the 2017 OK Computer reissue, OK Computer OKNOTOK 1997 2017, and released it as a download with a music video on 2 June 2017.

This song is about a protagonist ie: its you and me who is examining our own conscience and realising that we sometimes run away, avoid and distract themselves from what really matters. What really matters is the relationships we have not only with other people but with ourselves and beyond that the world around us. Its beautiful and an acknowledgment that we reinvent ourselves through mindfulness. |
