@[foaLtaeM:16497] I think you're looking too much into it. If the song was about what you say it is, then why the lyrics "I go through Moorgate and I'm wide awake"?

This song is clearly referring to the Moorgate tube crash in 1975:

"It's so much easier than the pills you can take" I believe is in reference to the fact the driver killed himself (and many passengers) by crashing the tube, rather than just by killing himself with an overdose of pills.
