I think this song isn't about a woman. It's about the digital age and how gadgets have allowed people to o ht they want. Cut off the bottoms of my feet may mean that Internet piracy is making it hard on juicing in the 21st century. I think people are taking the lyics to literally. She is the digital ge were people cAn do as they please on the Internet wether it be harass or destroy omone on social media or steal songs or whatever. she don't care what color bruises she leaves on me means the Internet cn destroy someone in many ways. I don't think jack white would write a song about men bing victims of women because they supposedly do whatever they want these days. if that is jacks views fine but that makes him seem like an arrogant, ignorant right winger. Women are killed everyday in domestic fights. |
