You guys are retarded alright. This song is more about Jesus Christ. "I see pity in watching you suffer" The devil does not have pity. Then he goes on and says "I know the feeling of being damned alone, I have a story book of my own" The bible, The devil was not damned alone, his angels followed him, Jesus was damned alone. Then the chorus goes on "Dont you see I am your pride. agent of wealth, barer of needs, and you know its right. I am your war, arming the strong, aiding the weak." Which the bible talks about Jesus saying that to his disciples. The the bridge which says it all. "For the ages of time, i've been known for my hate." Which the atheist believe Jesus was a man of hate and anger, but then it says. "But im a dealer of simple choices, for me its never to late" Jesus said in the bible that its never to late to come to him, and its such a simple choice and everything. I do agree it is more in the Master of Puppets feel to it. but the meaning is more about jesus. |
