Retards its actually about Peanut Butter. The weeknd is is allergic to Peanut Butter but he still eats it Because he loves it so much. Hence "I Can't Feel My Face When Im With You / But I love it" He cant feel his face because he is having an allergic reaction to it. This is the actual meaning of the song.
