This song tells the story about a young boy who had a female friend who was older than him. She reminded him of Paraluman, a former beauty queen. She taught him how to dance and every day after class he would visit her and dance. He had developed special feelings for her. Some years had passed and learned that this female friend was killed in a road accident. This is a big metaphor about the death of innocence. Not everything that our parents and teachers taught us is right, we find this out when we are old enough to know whats right from wrong. He comes to this realization in a brutal and unacceptable way, like most of us. |
