This song is definitely about abortion. The part where she says "How do you feel when you can't feel nothing" argues that abortion is a woman's issue and that the man who is taking pleasure from her shouldn't have leverage over her ultimate decision of keeping the child because in the end, he "can't feel nothing" since she would bear the child. She also says "Cover my head but you can't beat nothing," indicating her strength as a woman and her power to make decisions for herself about her body. |
