For me this song is all about the guy who is fall in love with the girl. The guy gave everything to the girl he loves bu the girl doesn't love him back. "And I will swallow my pride...You're the one that I love...And I'm saying goodbye" This line tells that he will swallow his pride, he still loves the girl and he says goodbye to the girl he love because it's useless. He's hoping for nothing. That's why the guy is hurting and he will try to forget the girl. Actually I can relate to this one because today I'm in love with a guy. But the guy doesn't love me. I tell him that I like him but he told me that he's not ready for a relationship because of his work and family and all that he can gave to me is friendship. I tried to fight for my love to him but it's hopeless. Now I told him that I need space because he didn't see my worth and I'm still crying thinking about him. I always think of him everyday. And now I'm trying to move on and I don't wanna see his face anymore. I'm not hoping that he will be my boyfriend or husband in the future. Actually I like him so much because he's a boyfriend material. That's why I love this song because I can relate on this track. Thank you A Great Big World for this song. |
