| This song was written by Justin Hayward and is a literal interpretation of what he went through with his significant other. When the Moody Blues offered him to be a permanent member of the band, the woman he was with gave him an ultimatum, telling him, it's me or the band. A year or so later after becoming a member of the band is when he wrote this song...he still thinks about her, but "when the music plays, he hears the sound he had to follow." | |
