I understand we all take these songs and their lyrics in different ways, so please don't single yourself out and be offended by my comment when it surely wasn't meant to offend anyone! Great song. Love how it reminds me of so many different emotions, especially this girl I dated. She is so torn up and depressed inside from past transgressions, particularly in her childhood. Not to mentions her constant abuse of pills to improve her mood :/ This song is so on point in how she old me she feels on a daily basis. And Hopefully, adding this song to her mix can give her some perspective on her outlook in life, and just maybe, give her the courage to grow, and change:) Ps: will post updates, once I give it some time to settle in and take effect :) #thepowerofmusic |
