Your frankly vulgar Red pullover Now see how the two colors blend, my friend *** I always thought the "colors blend" part was referring to being sick, because he'd just been talking about being sick "all over" and then he is offended by the "frankly vulgar" red pullover causing him to throw up. I imagine Morrissey is actually the one wearing the red pullover, some sort of nerdy jumper. But now I realise its "two colors" so now I'm not so sure. Is it mixing two drinks together? Is a two tone coloured red pullover? |

So, give us a drink And make it quick Or else I'm gonna be sick I always enjoyed this part, interpreting it simply as the irony that its drinking that makes you sick, not 'not drinking'. A little poke at mindless alcoholics I thought which sits well with the overall interpretations offered by others on here. |
