Who jacked up the lyrics to just saying “This is stupid…”and other such driveljQuery18309912827758516062_1751177639420 There used to be a somewhat obvious way to edit or suggest lyric changes, but not seeing that now. @[GeekyRandy:48383] Right you are about “wastin’”…it just goes hand-in-hand with “searchin’” A quick side note, the lyrics printed in the box set do say “wasted”, but as Nice Guy Eddie will enlighten you… (https://www.getyarn.io/yarn-clip/5233d204-0787-4df3-9ebb-07b9b32baa7e#jo7Xv2B7.copy) With that said, I’m going up in there to edit mode and see if I can correct the lyrics for posterity…wish me luck! |

Well hey, it looks like the lyrics were updated pretty rapidly (Jun 2023…moments later). So disregard above comments at least for now. Also, I guess there’s no moderation for posting lyric corrections so hopefully nobody goes in and and screws them up again…peace! |

Uhhhh, these are not the lyrics to “The Dance”! They appear to be for “Baby Let’s Lay Down and Dance”…yes, also Garth Brooks and, yes, also containing the word ‘dance’, but sure as hell not the right song for the title. Strangely, the comments mainly do seem to be about the correct “The Dance” song, so who knows how/when that done got f’d up…has nobody else noticed?? Anyhow, I submitted a correction (Jun 2023) so we’ll see if that gets rectified.
