Obviously about him having very strong feelings for someone and it really bothers him. (You will never see it You won't find it falling of my tounge) This line suggests he probably knows he's in love with the person but denies it and he won't tell the person. The Chorus tells us he just wants to forget about the person and his feelings. Maybe he's ashamed or the feelings or maybe he knows the person dislikes him.
