Type O Negative – Bloody Kisses (A Death in the Family) Lyrics 14 years ago
In the booklet for Bloody Kisses, Peter says it's for his cat. Can't lose you is also about his cat. He loved his animals as if they were family.

Type O Negative – These Three Things Lyrics 14 years ago
I'll start off by saying that I love this song. Maybe he was once part of an abortion? That would make sense with the line "I'm guilty so therefore condemned, destroying angels must come to an end" Maybe he feels bad about it. He loves children, so of course he would be anti-abortion

Type O Negative – (We Were) Electrocute Lyrics 14 years ago
Pyro is right. It's about Elizabeth. In an interview he said that people would stop them on the street and tell them what a cute couple they were so Pete said they were "Electro-cute" and he wasn't sure why he called themselves that, but it stuck. They were together for 10+ years.

Her hair was red, bright red. He really cared about her, but she fucked up... they both did.

A lot of their songs are about her

Type O Negative – September Sun Lyrics 14 years ago
Fuck! This song breaks my heart EVERY time I listen to it.

I think it's about Elizabeth, Peter's ex-girlfriend. Apparently she cheated on him and he found out and beat the hell out of the guy and went to prison for it. He does scream Elizabeth during the chorus, and I think that the "leave her alone" is a warning for all of her future boyfriends to stay away because he feels that she is still his.

Peter was not the same after they split, so that fits into the line "Did it give you pleasure to steal my soul?"

This is such a beautiful song and it is REALLY heart breaking when you think about it. :( Love you Pete
