Stratovarius – Move The Mountain Lyrics 14 years ago
This song, I believe it speaks about having lost your lover. Who "had to go" as in, passed away, and because the afterline is always but a wonder, there's no way of telling "if you'll ever see me again."

So many lines speak of possibilities that weren't, the wonders of what would have one done, if only they knew, saw it coming, anything. And now, for the one remaining alone - who no longer knows the feeling of safety, seeing how his lover was suddenly taken away from him - his life feels like a read to nowhere, carrying a cross (representing burden).

And I think the "Set you/me free" line represents death.

I think this one is self-explainatory. It's about dying without regrets.

I don't think it's just about not hearing what others says about you.

The thing is, I believe this song is dedicated to people with physical and/or mental disabilities, that's why it has lines such as:

"Paint yourself a picture, Of what you wish you looked like,"
"All they see is scars"
"you are not your skin."

It's all refering to things of the exterior. And think, picture someone in a wheelchair, losing a limb, or with severe burns. Sadly, when some people encounter them, their disabilities is usually all they see and judge them all around them. This song is to raise the spirits of those who can't avoid this, and remember them, and hopefully more people, to see beyond the exterior.
