It's a song about an epic fight that leads to parting ways. About just reaching that breaking point and snapping, going postal. For myself this is pretty much my "I'm done with you" song, relationships, friendships. Extending my hand out to help and being burned, I've had enough and this is going to hurt. Or when I've been wronged so much by someone and saying nothing until I can't hold it in anymore. Song generally covers a one sided trust relationship, where the other partner swears they have the others back but when things go down they are nowhere to be found. Speaking from experience it sucks, the whole feeling of being let down and abandoned. Hell my life was a combination of this and one more night for three years on and off. Finally burned the map and picked a random road to walk down. |
