Sick Puppies – White Balloons Lyrics | 13 years ago |
I feel like this has to do with his inner child and someone he loves.. "I'm holding on to you like I'm holding on to white balloons", When you are a child once you get a balloon, you want to hold on to it. And the character is connecting those two together... |
Sick Puppies – I Hate You Lyrics | 13 years ago |
..you guys may not agree, but I just have a strong feeling that it's about hatred... |
Sick Puppies – Street Fighter (War) Lyrics | 13 years ago |

Rise Against – Architects Lyrics | 13 years ago |
I think it's "Are there no fighters left here anymore?" instead of what they have.. |
Guster – Either Way Lyrics | 13 years ago |
I agree with the being so nice to people but their not nice to you thing, but the line "where did you learn 'it's either him or you'" throws me off. I doubt it's a song about break-ups and the line kinda pushes me toward thinking that... |
Guster – Tiny Christmas Tree Lyrics | 13 years ago |
For anyone who wondered, it's just a song for a Target commercial. I don't think there's a hidden meaning in this, just an obvious meaning. Enjoy christmas even if you can't afford a big party. |
Shinedown – The Crow And The Butterfly Lyrics | 13 years ago |
Um, this song is about someone's daughter leaving for college. "I painted your room at midnight, So I'd know yesterday was over. I put all your books on the top shelf, Even the one with the four-leaf clover. Man I'm getting older." His daughter left, he changed her room into a different one to forget about her. The four-leaf clover book was her favorite book as a child. He's getting older because his daughter is and moved out. And the second verse is about a song she used to sing as a child. Nothing about romance.. |
Guster – Bad Bad World Lyrics | 13 years ago |
Well, always hard being the first to comment, but I think this song is pretty easy. It's about someone worrying about daily life and it's so bad that he can't even sleep, but in the daily life there are little things that make it worthwhile (write a song to sing), and he realizes it isn't such a bad, bad, world, and someone who sort of convinced him into thinking it was, and he's now trying to tell them, you were wrong, it isn't such a bad, bad, world. Any other ideas? |
Sick Puppies – What are you looking for Lyrics | 13 years ago |
Obviously about someone about wasting their life on material items (you won't be thinking of cars when, your on your drath bed and dying), and fame (I'll never be what I see on the TV screen) and not caring about important things in life, such as love, and realizing when they are living their last moments, they regret being greedy and not being happy with the way they were. And the altered lyrics version, are the lyrics in the chorus "You are behind, watch inside, are you in there? You're gettin' high on a five goin' nowhere."? Because I can't find them anywhere, and I like the altered version better. |
