He knows its over but just cant help but reflecting on what it could have been. "Lash out first At all the things we don't like Or understand" Everyone does this especially if their on edge or defence its a really open and true opinion of human nature. For me this song is saying not everyhting has to be so closed down and secretive. The person you love is ment to be the person you know the best,the one you share everything you have with and if you dont have that with that person there is no point this is what the guy wants with this girl but the girl has walls up that he can't get over. "no one knows what this fights about" its the girls way to escape from getting to close. Cool song because usually this situation is portrayed the other way with the girl trying to get in and the guy with all the walls up. Finally a writer who switches it up. |
