I think that "Corinne" is actually a gun, but can also be interpreted as a girl. I've got my heart tied up Now with a boom and a bang I'm not gonna fire you again. Firing "Corinne" could be the reason he was kicked out of the forces. It could also represent the reason that "Corinne" and him broke up, he might have treated her badly or smothered her with attention, and he's now saying he wont treat her this way anymore. |
