this song makes references to the gods of rock (twisted sister, ozzy, alice cooper, WASP, Motley crue, accept, judas preist, and mostly KISS) within the album they do songs with Dee Snider (twisted sister lead singer) and "it snows in hell" is done with Jay Jay French(lead guitarist TS) so the song is telling the gods of rock that it is time to be put back on the pedistal where they were supposed to be to begin with |

it's simple yes it's about hard rock making a come back and pop going to hell (listen to scg3 the special report on the arrocalypse album, false prophits refers to pop, rap,r&b etc...) they take after bands suck as kiss & twisted sister (watch the video and ull know what i mean) the "rock and roll angels bring thine hard rock hallelujah" simply refers to the GODS of rock music to keep on rockin' "demons and angels all in one have arrived" simply means that the "demons" of rock (kiss, lordi, rob zombie, marilyn manson, twisted sister, alice cooper, rob zombie etc) and the angels of rock (too many to simply rattle off) need to come together to rock the hell out of the world |

it's Pretty simple the inro " I'm not the one who is so far away when i feel the snake bite enter my vein never do i wanna be here again and i dont remember why i came" is about the ijection of the drug, the first verse is about the high " Candles raise my desire while i'm so far away no more meaning to my life no more reason to stay" the following part is about how his adiction makes him feel dead and how he doesn't want to go back it's more of a need " Freezing feeling breahe in Breath in! I'm Coming back again." then the cycle begians again thus the chorus being the same as the intro. this line is about the adict tryin to go cold turkey "Hazing clouds rain on my head Empty thoughts fill my ears Find my shade by the moonlight Why my thoughts aren't so clear?" now the addict can feel the addiction trying to push him into re-using "demons dreaming, breath in breathe in" but sadly enough he falls back in again the chorus is repeated this is enphisized due to the chorus being stated twice in a row. the end of the song is the adict over doseing and dying. the reason it's called voodoo is because no matter how hard he tries he cant escape it like a voodoo curse |

whit3shadow it hsa nothing to do with him never establishing a relationship with god or "the size of your steeple" that is simply a statement saying the size of the church has no pourpose, it has to do with most christains judging others on something they themselves no nothing about. I also think hes saying it's wrong to discriminate against religion, creed, race, sexuality, etc " there's no time to discriminate" it also talks about the salem witch trials, the england burning times, as well as the stonewall riots how millions of people were killed because of the way they are(even though it's believed that no one in the salem witch trials that were killed were actually wiccan or devil worshipers except MAYBE Sarah Goody was wiccan) also how the christians are fighting tooth and nail on weather or not gay marridge should be legal, when to be truly christian is to follow what jesus himself taught(read the red words people)who NEVER preached against homosexuality in fact he condones it (Luke 17:34" on that night there shall be two MEN in one bed one shall be taken the other shall be left" and it does specificly say MEN [old king james version]) screw what every one else said (that includes the deciples) because they themselves are human their own oppinions and beliefs can seap through the cracks "hate every mother fucker that's in your way" it also states how people in general hate seeing others being themselves "hey you what do you see, something beautiful and something free?" and how they themselves judge but when they are judged they say Thou shalt not judge.... It's pretty simple it has to do with hipocrites in general not just christian ones. it also shows that he's not conforming and is never gonna conform to society's standard of "beautiful"(that also explains the way he dresses). what he is truly saying is that we are all beautiful in our own unique way and that we as a people shouldnt judge on something as stupid as looks. that and that you should just be your self. |
