Regarding the line "I know you're used to 16 or more, sorry we only have 8", that's kind of simple. This song took place during the 70s. Back then, home projector uses 16 or 32mm films. The kind of porno loops that Mr. LaPage shows is likely to be 8mm films. Just another hint of what kind of film he's showing. |

Well, it's a simple tale where verse 1 and 2 details our narrator's trouble in avoiding Gina. Why he's avoiding here is not hard to figure out when he mentioned that she's barred from Nino's but was motivated enough to just wait for our hero to leave.
The bridge describes his panic attack when Gina called him at home, render him cowered in fetal position.
By verse 3, he's resigned to his fate and actually agree to a date with her, and she shows up late. But hey, the up side is that she's at least a knock out looker. You just have to deal with her psychotic tendency. |
