I agree with skaterhottie about the alcohol & drug abuse. I love the line "Could be the end of the world. I'd still be laid here on my own wasting my life away." From what it means to how it's sung, it's just perfect <3 And I found it a little amusing that in "A single Moment of Sincerity," a line that always stood out to me was "get on your knees." Guess they changed they're minds in this song. |

| When I first listened to the lyrics of this song I got the impression that he was speaking directly to God. I think when he says he is lost and wants to be saved from being confused, he is saying he doesn't know what to believe in, but he wants to believe in something, so he is asking God to guide him and show him what he is looking for, but he doesn't even know what it is he looking for. Or something. I don't know, I'm probably way off but it still made me cry because I can really relate to these lyrics. My interpretation of them, anyway. But I'm probably wrong as usual lol. | |
