I was racking my brain trying to think of a song that would be appropriate for a father/daughter dance at my wedding, and then I remembered hearing Stevie Wonder had written this for his daughter. I think this might be the song we use for the dance, it's a really nice song. |

I was thinking about Brad Delp's death and I listened to this song again, and then it hit me... it's a foreshadowing of his suicide. I never thought of it that way before, but it's uncanny. I love the song, though. It can be also a simple desire to escape the mundane or the world's injustices. Either way, this is a powerful song. |
