| I suspect my opinion will confuse most people here due to age differences. First, the singer has a haunting voice and the arrangements are good, but almost everything this group does simply features death. Second, while I am quite sure that they did not have this in mind, the lyrics do a very good job of portraying the hell that Viet Nam Veterans suffering from PTSD endure every day of their lives. (As do veterans of other wars with that condition in more than very mild form.) | |
