When I first heard this song it was on The Sopranos. I thought they were saying "Kentucky Fried Blow" on acount that Christopher was on heroin. Kentucky Fried would mean the color like Kentucky Fried chicken... which is brown, and blow for cocaine... put 2 and 2 together and its a description of heroin. Never heard this term used for it though. Other words, I have no idea what this song is about. |

sorry, i have to disagree with most of you... this song is about acid... maybe partly about where he used to go as a child to cover up the real meaning... it says "nothing is real" and "living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see." That's def. refering to acid... cuz with you trip and you close your eyes you see tons of weird and strange things... and you wouldn't understand most of it... hence those lyrics. also, the lyrics, "Always, no sometimes, I think it’s me, But you know I know when it’s a dream. I think I know I mean a ‘Yes’. But it’s all wrong. That is I think I disagree." things seem dream like when your tripping. to explain that, in the middle of your brain theres a drug called DMT which is like acid... and when your dreaming that drug is released into your whole brain when you go into REM (rapid eye movement), thats what makes you dream which explains those lyrics. |
