| To me, it sounds like the story of an affair bewteen a married man (who has a baby) and another man or woman. They meet when the wife is out. The unmarried party to the affair is unimpressed with dad's behavior ("I would like to see a little more propriety") and wants to expose the secret relatioship, but probably won't (tell on you/never tell on you). That's the feeling I get, anyways. | |
