| Chuck Berry – Roll Over Beethoven Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| If you listen very closely to the verse after the guitar solo, "Well, early in the mornin'" is actually a mistake. Chuck starts singing "Roll Over Beethoven" again. He says "Roll O...early in the morning..." He catches himself and corrects it which makes this even more of a classic if not one of the best ever Rock & Roll songs written. | |
| Led Zeppelin – House of the Rising Sun (The Animals cover) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| Page & Plant performed this song on tour in '95. I believe it was done while they were in New Orleans. | |
| Jonathan Edwards – Sunshine Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| Jonathan Edwards is undeniably one of the most underrated musicians ever. His voice, guitar playing and songwriting is incredible. The man has not been given his dues. Buy his CD's and go see him live while you still can. You will not be disappointed. Great song BTW! | |
| Bloodrock – D.O.A. Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I agree Richie. Very haunting. Sister Morphine is another song that used to scare the shit out of me when I was a kid. | |
| Chuck Berry – Roll Over Beethoven Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| If Berry were a white man, we would never have heard of Elvis. | |
| Bachman-Turner Overdrive – You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
I can't believe that no one can figure out the true meaning of this song. It's about a guy having sex with a pre-op transexual who still has "something that you never gonna forget." And now I'm feelin' better, 'Cause I found out for sure. She took me to her doctor And he told me of a cure. He's saying he "found out for sure" from her doctor. The doctor gave her the breast implants and told him, any love is good love, so he took what he'd could get. |
