Okay so I as at her show and there was the session at the end. the "Ask Amanda" session. lol someone had asked what this song was about. It was about how she just got out of a bad relationship and how she is kind of afraid to go back out there and put her love on the line again and again. And then she went into this amazing rant about love and how you dont need it all the time. she said these quotes that i thought were just amazing! "I love you forever... now." and "Im great without you but Im better with you" but yes. its an amazing song and I almost want to break down whenever i hear it. The piano at the begining is beautiful and its very well written. =D |

I agree with me&theminibar. It really sounds like she knew someone who was a herioin or morphine addict and they tryed to help that person and they just went back to his/her old ways. And maybe in the last part where it says "But while you were sleeping some men came around Said they had some dimensions to take I'm not sure what they were talking about But they sure made a mess of your face" maybe he didnt pay his dealer and they came in and beat the living shit out of him/her while they were sleeping. |

I love this song to death! literally! I think that this song is about social outcasts. And how amanda got made fun of because the way she was dressed. | I watched a video on Youtube.com and Amanda was talking about this song and it was about her and how she was always trying to look cool around the punk kinds at her high school.
