Alright, so all the lyrics aren't up there. But: Me and my buddy figured this was about an old man, holed up in his house, looking at all the people in his neighborhood(So many people in the neighborhood). He doesn't really trust them (I don't know if they're very good people). When the music gets all crazy, he's finally left the house, goin' around ringin' doorbells and offering pie to people.
