I really love this song. I wasn't sure about it when I first heard it. But, I really do like it a lot. It's kinda weird, but it reminds me of the movie The Invisible. Because the girl's name is Annie. But, yeah. I agree with MusicLover23. I want a boy to sing a song like this to me. I love Safetysuit a lot. They've gotten me through the past week. Their songs can just describe the mood I'm in. I'm kinda pissed that I can't find a guy like the singer to love me though. Lol. |

To me, this song is about him finding a girl with all the same interests in him. He can do drugs with her and have fun with her, but she's not the type of girl that is going to get all emotional when he wants to go out and do his own thing "She don't complain when I say that I'm leaving." If this really is about a girl, I don't think that he's being sarcastic about it. He feels like he's finally found a girl different from the rest "I've spent a lifetime finding you." Those are my thoughs. :) |

Also, another thing is I think they're just kind of telling you what you want to hear. So he's being sarcastic and writing her a love song, but also telling the truth. I don't know. I guess you could see in many different ways. |

I think this song is pretty much saying that love is a joke. And he, or whoever is supposed to be saying this stuff, is being sarcastic about really loving someone. Almost like they just need that comfort that someone is there. Baby marry me, baby marry me. I'll be there whether I love you or not. Definitely a really awesome song. |
