Anti-bush sentiment? Some people are idiots. When you look for meanings that abstracts, you can interpret anything you want from a song. You could call Pablo Honey anti-Bush if you tried hard enough.
Thom Yorke has specifically said that he'd never attack Bush in a song because it would be "too easy." |

This is a great song. I don't see how they could have been good enough to make the Triple J Hottest 100 (2000), and then go extinct. |

Zaphlin, the song can be found on "Muscle Museum EP" and "Random 1-8" (which was only released in Japan). |

I was really surprised by the music video. I thought Muse took their music seriously, but that video was HILARIOUS.
Also, I'm puzzled by why this song is the last on the album; it seems like more of an introductory track to me, especially if they wer eto play it live. I can just see that buildup happening, and at the 19 second mark the curtains come up and Muse burst onto stage riding horses and shooting laser guns. |

Absolutely love this song. The last two lines of lyrics are incredible.
Love the video, too. It's their best "serious" one (Knight of Cydonia is the best video overall). |

Well, matt Bellamy's a devout atheist, and science is generally seen as atheism's answer to religion. So titling a song "con" science seems like an odd change for him.
Perhaps he's talking about the way science itself has become a belief system; that atheists unquestioningly believe scientists the same way theists unquestioningly believe priests (how many of us really know how the Big Bang or the theory of relativity work?) |

This is an AWESOME song. The best one on the album after Invincible. I especially love the very beginning and ending, with the really quick - whatever they are, guitar? - fading in and out.
Probably the happiest song they've ever done, too. |

ANyone else notice that the background guitar riff is exactly the same as the one in "Everybody Hurts Sometimes" by REM? |

Is it just me, or does this song heavily conjure up images of robots working on an assembly line? |

I think the bass line of this song was taken from one of those retro, early 90's video games likes Bliss's was. |
