This is a great song. Basically, she is comparing drugs to someone, who in reality is "making her ill", instead of "making her better". Drugs are addictive and she is trying to break free and free herself from this person, whom she obviously detests. If you think about it carefully, she could be scared of the doctor/nurses who are treating her? "All of the other pills, they were different", these could be the other drugs that were given to try and make her feel better, but she feels that they are not helping her at all, and tries to escape! |

Angelic voice and lyrics. She truly is "flying above it all". Basically, she is talking about her partner and describes how he makes her feel. "Show me heaven" implies that she is ready to engage in sexual intercourse. "I'm not denying I'm frightened as much as you" insinuates that it is her first time. Possibly she is a virgin?
