well, i see none of you have consider the lesbian meaning this song carries.. i mean, check these parts: ''And I dont care what everyone will say Its about you and me'' it sounded so obvious for me.. but i guess i might be wrong... i thought i could be a story about two best friends (girls) and one of them falls for the other and later realises her friend is in love with her too... ''Its not a secret anymore Now weve opened up the door'' - it's not a secret anymore-> they have revealed their feelings to each other -Now weve opened up the door -> it sounds like coming out of the closet! and the most obvious part is as i said before: ''And I dont care what everyone will say Its about you and me'' i mean, what could be wrong if you start dating your best friend, i know my mother would be pleased!!!! and out friends also the same, like the perfect ending for a relationship that started like friends... BUT NO, she says that she doesnt care what everyone will say, that means people will actually have opinions and critics, and no good ones, as she doesnt care, i think i would care for good opinions... that's what i thought, i just registered to share my opinion,,, thats it |
