Sounds like it might be about that group that committed mass suicide because they thought the passing comet would carry them quickly to the afterlife. I wouldn't be surprised, since Team Sleep's early song Kool Aid Party with Mike Patton was about another cult's mass death.

Part of this is: If people were more spiritual and everybody could play music publicly, there would be less of a distinction between good artists and fuck-around artists, because they're all just organizing sounds. It's not a traditional song, but it's good for meditation.

I'm surprised, given the background of the members, but this seems to be a pretty spiritual album. This seems to be about death, similar to Skullflower. In this song, it seems like somebody is dying, and as it occurs, they think of how deceiving their body is. As they continue to live on, all their former material desires make them think of their flesh body as a heretic. Whether the death is typical or a suicide is up for debate, I think. Suicide just crossed my mind because it seems that this a voluntary death. "My body is a witch. I am burning it."
