| System of a Down – P.L.U.C.K. Lyrics | 18 years ago |

I think that it's pathetic that slapshock doesn't understand why us "armenians don't admit it and accept this bullshit as a fuckin' war.." Yet slapshock is feeling sorry for the IGNORANCE".. .of Armenians?? There is a lot that YOU do not understand Slapshock. The American government and the Turkish government knows a lot that you do not know. I have ONE family member has survived the genocide. I have proof. And maybe it is true that songs such as "P.L.U.C.K." inspire feelings of deeper hatred towards the Turkish. But these songs only inspire. The Turkish government CREATED that hatred when they killed by great-grandfathers entire famliy so fuck you and fuck the turkish government for failing to recognize a crime that inspired hitler to kill the jewish people during WAR! |

| Every guy is a fucking Napoleon | |
| Ani DiFranco – Hide and Seek Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I think that this song is a metaphorical song. It is comparing kids who are playing outside on a street block to adults, specifically men, who are playing with girls emotions to get girls to do what they want | |

by emere on 03-11-2007 @ 04:45:42 PM : if Serj licks mine once, i will accept so-called genocide..ok? F*ckheads...go and read about it before you poke your noise.. Don't even have to "read about it" It's called....my family history. Oh and by the way, it is not the Turkish people to blame neccesarily. It is the fault of the Turkish government specifically Sultan Abdul Hamad. And I blame America for "turning a blind eye" to it. And how interesting it is today....Americans are friendly with the Turkish government. Hopefully, politics can finally be put aside. It is time for reparation |

| Dave Matthews Band – Help Myself Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
everytime i have to do something that i dont wanna, i play this song and realize that i dont always need to help myself. But I am confused too...how is it that dave talks about helping others when on some of his other songs such as "Don't drink the water" he talks about "living with the notion that he doesn't need anyone" but himself. Just a random thought. |

| Ani DiFranco – 32 Flavors Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
just the kindness i've lavished on strangers is more than i can explain still there's many who has turned out their porch lights just so i would think they were not home and hid in the dark of their windows till i'd passed and left them alone I think that these lines refer to the fact that no matter how much you do for people, they will never realize it, or they will walk over you. Because many have "turned off their porch lights", according to ani people don't want to be bothered even when you are a nice person knocking on their door |

| System of a Down – P.L.U.C.K. Lyrics | 19 years ago |

GETaLife you should GETALIFe and stop trying to cover ur sorry Turkish government-loving ass. Even Hitler was INSPIRED by the Turkish Sultan Abdul Hamad who planned the whole genocide. Don't you think the Jewish people in the Holocust tried to fight oppression? Well, Armenians had to fight too. Emere you can shove the webstite up ur ass...it seems like Spartan is the only one who knows what hes talkin about. And if you dont think that i have proof or that the genocide was so long ago that know one should care? my great grandfather was the only armenian in his family to survive the genocide. He came to America around 1916 or so. TURKS KILLED PEOPLE!! |

| Dave Matthews Band – You Never Know Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Oh my gosh, I love this song! It makes me think; there is so much that we'll never know! | |
| Dave Matthews Band – Busted Stuff (Busted Stuff version) Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I like this version better. This song reminds me of dave's perfect girl but she doesn't like him the way he likes her. She's a "rolling stone" | |
| The Wallflowers – Be Your Own Girl Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Good song. It's about being your own person even if you fail on your own. | |
