the song makes me think of a younger girl getting taken advantage of by an older man, not even rape but just convincing this girl to do it...maybe not like a real little kid but still someone underage...painting the roses red could mean taking her virginity and when people find out about it they want to punish the doctor. the cameras and all could be like the news putting such a private...matter into the public light and now everyone knows about this happening
