Hmm I doubt that. I don't think Anthony Kiedis will ever say that we "need bush." I think he's saying that there's a greater reason for how fucked up everything is..but not that it's a good thing that everything is the way it is. I think he's saying a world has a fate and all of these problems mean something..it's just that we don't know what it all means. |

I like this song a lot.
It was interesting here John talking about it. He says that during the verses Flea is playing the same chords over and over, and he is playing different chords, THEN, during the chorus, Flea is playing different chords, and he is playing the same chords over and over.
He says he noticed this after they finished the song. I'll have to look at the DVD again tho to put down the meaning. |

This has got to be one of the most beautiful songs the chili peppers have ever written. It's really hard to interpret though.
Forming and warming seems to refer to having chemistry with a girl, but not quite being ready yet.
I have no idea what the Stadium Arcadium is though..other than it's a mirror to the moon, lol. A spaceship? |

I just bought Hyde Park Live. When I was in France in 2003 I met this italian girl who told me she was going to see this concert. I was so jealous. And I got to Paris 2 days after the Chili Peppers left after doing a concert there! :(

I love this song, it's too bad none of my friends listen to Blood Sugar Sex Magik, they only know about Californication and By the Way (also good albums, but not old school chili peppers.) This song is an 8 minute epic, it goes on for like 4 minutes after the lyrics end. This has got to be the dirtiest song I have ever heard, and you've gotta love all the innuendos ;). |

Hmm I hear a lot of ppl talking about how the green album wasn't recieved well. I'm 15 now and the green album is the first weezer I heard (and I loved it, lol). Now I've just recently heard the blue album and and pinkerton and make believe all at once. Kinda funny how stuff works. I definently like the blue album a LOT and I am just hearing pinkerton for the second time now, I hear it grows on you. Make Believe sort of sucks but has couple catchy songs.

I think the meaning is about someone anothony might of lost, but the way the person died was the best way possible (this is the way I wanted it to be with you). The bass and guitar work in this song are perfect, especially the bridge. |
